What is The Galveston Diet?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any devices you own.

What App do you suggest to track my micronutrients?

Some common ones are MyNet Diary, MyFitnessPal, LoseIt, CarbManager, and Fitbit. It is best if the program will calculate net carbs (carb – fiber = net carbs). Many of the Apps offer this feature, but you may have to pay a small charge. My favorite is CarbManager.

Are any supplements necessary?

I always prefer that you get your nutrition from real food. Still, in situations where you can’t get critical nutrients, for example, Omega 3 Fatty Acids or Fiber – I think supplementation is a great idea. The Galveston Diet offers these supplements for purchase, here.
