Sirloin Steak Spinach SaladS

This sirloin spinach and blue cheese salad is an easy but very satisfying salad with only 2g of Net Carbs


  • 12 oz sirloin cooked
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1.5 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon ghee


  • Sauté sirloin in 1 tablespoon of ghee until cooked medium (about 7 minutes total). Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • In a bowl, toss spinach leaves, blue cheese, and pecans, olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Slice sirloin thinly.
  • Place salad on plate and top with sirloin slices.
  • Enjoy!
