Ingredients:

  • 2 large Bib lettuce leaves
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 oz uncured turkey
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Hummus

Directions:

  • On a smooth surface, place 1 large Bib lettuce leaf.
  • Spread 1/2 hummus over surface of leaf.
  • Arrange 1/2 of the turkey, tomato, and avocado over it.
  • Roll up the leaf and you are ready to have it.
  • Enjoy the second one!
