Roll Ups with Turkey and Avocado
- 2 large Bib lettuce leaves
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 oz uncured turkey
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- 2 tablespoons Hummus
- On a smooth surface, place 1 large Bib lettuce leaf.
- Spread 1/2 hummus over surface of leaf.
- Arrange 1/2 of the turkey, tomato, and avocado over it.
- Roll up the leaf and you are ready to have it.
- Enjoy the second one!
